Students who express interest and exhibit talent in film or television production will appreciate Webster’s Digital Media Broadcasting strand. Students learn to communicate ideas through the use of text, graphics, audio and video. They operate remote cameras, nonlinear video editing equipment and still cameras for real-world experience in media production.
Students apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting as they run the district’s own cable television station, in an on-campus, state -of-the-art television studio.
Partnerships with local media provide students with real-world expertise and ample opportunity for hands-on learning through mentoring and internships.
