I started my teaching career at Clinton Middle School in August 1993. My areas of certification include : learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, Autism, elementary education, Math for HS credit (but you don’t want me to be your kids HS math teacher, trust me). (I’ll send you the rest when I’m at school). Currently I am the Autism specialist at Webster MS. I have two nephews. The oldest is a freshmen at OU. The youngest is the junior class president at Verdigris HS. They are lives of my life. I have two fur babies, Maggie and Mollie. They provide hours of entertainment at my home. I live in the schools attendance area. I am a member of TCTA, OEA and NEA. I don’t think I made a conscience decision to become a teacher. I just did it. My sister-in-law and a cousin are teachers. My great-great-aunt was a teacher when Oklahoma became a state. I love to travel with my besties. I think I have visited 40 states. I love to go to Mexico over Spring Break for a relaxing time with friends.

Mrs. Kleps grew up in Missouri and lived in New York and Maryland prior to settling down in Tulsa. She has a Bachelors in Art/Fine Arts from Missouri Suuthern State University, a masters of Arts in Studio Art and Theory from Drury University and a Masters of Arts in Art Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearny. She has several years of experience in the U.S. Army where she is currently serving as a reservist. She has also worked as a gallery assistant and education coordinator in an art gallery. Mr. Johnson retired from the Army in 20012 as a Sergeant First Class. During his time in the military he served in many different companies as well as spending two tours in Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom as well as assisting in the Hurricane Mitch Relief in Honduras. He joined the staff at Webster in 2015 where he teaches the JROTC cadets.
Coach Baker graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1985 and received a basketball scholarship from York College, NE and then Howard Payne University, in Brownwood, TX. After graduating from Oklahoma Christian University in 1991, Kirk worked as an assistant coach at Hialeah Miami-Lakes, HS in Miami, Fl. After three years in Miami, he then moved to Houston, TX. and worked at Clear Lake HS for 3 years. Following that, Kirk became the assistant coach at Wright Christian School in Tulsa, OK. He then became the head coach at Wesleyan Christian School in Bartlesville, OK., where he took his team to the state tournament both years and had 2 All-State players. Kirk then moved back to the Tulsa area and took over the A.D. position and head basketball coaching position at Eagle Point Christian Academy where he went to the state tournament 3 out of his 4 years and had 2 players named to the All-State team. He is now in his fifth year at Webster HS teaching history and his fifth year of coaching basketball, football and track. Kirk is married to his beautiful wife Becca and they have five children: Addison, Austin, Kaylan, Duncan, and Avery.

Ms. Fairbanks is the Biology teacher in Webster Beyond. She is a member of White Earth Nation of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe. She has her Bachelors of Arts in sociology and Spanish from Augsburg University. Before teaching she was the Coordinator for the American Indian Youth Enrichment Program at Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul, MN. She is a Teach for America Corps Member and previously served 2 years as a Minnesota Alliance with Youth AmeriCorps Promise Fellow. She leads the Choir and Indigenous Student Association at Webster and enjoys biking, making jewelry, and hanging out with her 2 pet leopard geckos.
Mr. McCann is one of the teachers in Webster Beyond. He is an Army veteran where he served as a Military Policeman for 5 years. During his time in the military he had one tour in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and one tour in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has an Associates in Applied Science from TCC, a Bachelors in Secondary Education from WSU, and is currently working on his masters in special education at OSU. In his spare time he likes to ride motorcycles and read books in the historical and fantasy genres.

Before becoming a teacher Ms. Skrzypczak practiced law for 20 years and owned an alternative newsweekly with her husband.
